The responsibilities of the Medical Marketing Manager:
· Develops strong relationships with KOLs for strategic projects in connection with head of marketing and market managers
· Initiates, develops/adapts and implements educational programs and communication materials for HCPs and end-users, aimed at promotion of proper methods of care for both Ostomy and Continence care
· Understands market dynamics, user demographics, advisory bodies and KOLs within the marketplace
· Supports KOLs with clinical evidence and other medical information for their publications and presentations
· Works with Global Medical Marketing to develop and adapt educational and clinical toolbox for the subsidiary
· Develops, updates and executes sales force & customer training, including anatomy, physiology and clinical application of products
· Provides medical expertise in the product launches and implementation programs and support any field request to support business
· Reviews and approves medical content in marketing materials
· People management (2 nurses) and ensure their activities to align with the IC strategy
Professional qualifications
· 5 years’ experience in Medical/Clinical marketing or Medical science liaison in Medical device or Pharmaceutical industries
